COLEY AND HUSS

 

l Ask us to skin, pin and portion all fish to your requirements.

l All our fish is sold by weight, but if you want to order by the portion, we can price

by the portion, which may help your pricing.  

l Give us a day's notice and your fish could be individually vacuum-packed - you could

put it straight into your freezer

 

Huss

An under-rated fish with a soft bone.  It has a lot of flavour.  Pieces are usually cut from a big fish. 

The "rock salmon" of the fish and chip shop.

 

Fresh coley steaks

A good alternative to cod, a slightly stronger taste.  We only sell steaks from the finest quality fish.

 

Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!

 

Fresh coley fillets

A cheap, tasty alternative to cod, although slightly darker in colour, cooks to an appetizing

creamy white.  Use in any recipe calling for white fish.  We try to get the large fillets as they

are more tasty.

 

Frozen coley fillets

Extremely high quality, frozen as soon as it's caught.  We buy large fillets, because, as with all fish,

the bigger the fish, the better the flavour.  One of our biggest sellers.  Skinless.
