Sliced Irish smoked salmon   

We specialize in smoked salmon from Connemara. Lower salt content than Scottish,

therefore less “greasy” to taste.  In the old-fashioned English D-cut, 400g sides

The finest you can get.  Cut in the continental style along the length of the fish, giving

long slices. Compare this cut with our famous smoked salmon from Connemara –

see above.  In 200g or 1kg packs.
