Whole fresh squid

Our whole fresh squid is always good, it can be frozen - the Spanish say that freezing tenderizes it.

If you want your whole squid cleaned, ask our fishmongers when

you phone, it will be delivered with tentacles. Good for stuffing.

Fresh squid rings

Fresh squid, cut into rings, delivered with tentacles.

Whole fresh fan-tailed squid

Long tentacles, thin bodies. If you want cleaned fan-tailed squid, so that the bodies are split, cleaned

and packed with their tentacles, ask our fishmongers when you phone.

Calamari

Whole small calamari squid from California, frozen.

Baby squid

Cleaned with tentacles. For stir-fries and other seafood dishes. Frozen, but free-flow.

Squid ink

Small sachet of freeze-dried squid ink, just add water. Gives a slightly burnt flavour,

use for black pasta.

Squid salad

Ready to eat in sunflower oil with peppers, onions and tomatoes.

Fresh octopus

Whole English octopus.

If you want a cleaned fresh octopus, ask our fishmongers

when you phone, you'll get the body and tentacles.

Mediterranean octopus

Frozen Mediterranean octopus, ready cleaned, you'll see them hung up outside

restaurants in the Mediterranean. If you want to know how to prepare octopus,

Cuttlefish

Whole cuttlefish, usually with lots of ink.

Frozen, always ready, contains cockles, peeled prawns, mussels, squid and octopus for

stir-fries or paellas.
